“… The just shall live by His Faith – Habakkuk 2:4 “
Believers were created to operate by faith. How we receive from the grace of God is through faith.
Faith is not mental assertion.
Faith isn’t a feeling. Faith is how we respond to the revealed nature of God.
SATURDAY
One of the wonders of this weekend challenge was how parents partnered with God’s agenda for this school.
Very few people would open their homes to strangers and genuinely make them feel welcomed & at home.
One amazing mother blessed my heart by choosing to accommodate some of the mission team members in her home.
I was home away from home. Her gentle spirit and warm heart made us comfortable. Her intentionality in taking care of us was one that showed God loves toward us. She made her home, our home.
Morning came & as we were preparing, I noticed my body was shivering. The chills weren’t because of the weather. I could feel butterflies in my stomach. I was handling the morning teaching session & so my soul was responding in all manners of crazy.
God had chosen me to teach His word. This always messes me up. He chose me. In the middle of the storm inside, i was at rest knowing that God chose me.
Our means back to the school compound took me back to the 90’s before transportation evolved. I wouldn’t want it in any other way.

When we reached, I noticed the atmosphere was different. You could see it, people had tasted & seen God’s goodness the previous night and they were hungry for more.
There was a shift of heart. Their attention was no longer on us but on God. Faith had risen in their hearts. And they were ready to receive from Him.
We had breakfast then made our way to the Social Hall where we ministered to God with a song and as His Holy Spirit led us, we prayed.

God inhabited our praise. He makes our worship His home. I saw Him, arrayed in Majesty, all my heart could sing was ‘ Hallelujah! Hallelujah! ‘. He is a beautiful sight to behold . So find me seated at His feet. He is my Home.
” But thou [art] holy, [O thou] that inhabitest the praises of Israel. – Psalms 22:3 “
The ladies slowly began to stream in. Each one of them was growing in awareness that God was prepared for them. We settled down, ready to be ministered to. I was amazed by the worship. There weren’t just songs, our hearts were crying out to God.

A kind of thirst that only God could quench. The worship team wasn’t there to perform or show off. The songs were love songs the One they desired.

The songs showed the words written on their hearts.
” Worship is how we respond to God. It isn’t forced. It isn’t from human efforts. It’s the effortless expression of a surrendered heart. “

Hearts were now ready to receive and feed on the word of God. I took a deep breath & made my way to the stage. Eyes were on me & hearts were open to God. I wasn’t here to preach a good & deep sermon. I was here for His Presence, to express His presence.
Below is what God led me to share.
Kabare Girls’ 2nd Teaching session
God has fully given Himself to us. He doesn’t hide from us. He desires that we know Him. No more veils. He wanted His children to know that the veil was torn & that by His, they have legal access to His throne.
Morning session was over & God was still drawing people to Himself. It was beautiful to see how these ladies wanted to know the truth. They wanted to understand. Each one that we got to converse with & pray with, had a beautiful story, a story that God is unfolding. And here they were, at the impact of Grace. Each one of them, wanted freedom. Freedom to worship God. God wanted to Father them, to uniquely express His love toward them.
Soon after the tea break, we gathered for the next session. Joy was breaking out in the atmosphere. Strength was increasing in each one of us. We wanted to receive all that God had in store. No more limiting God with myopic expectations.
His Kingdom was the limit of our expectations & His Kingdom is limitless.
The man of God graced to preach in this session, boldly and uniquely expressed God that it marvelled me. God never intended for us to be the same. He made us unique & diverse to express the mystery of His Person hood.
As he spoke, minds were being transformed. He had placed a demand on the life of God & God, being faithful, checked in.
Please take time & with an open heart, read through what he preached on.
Because of the Presence of Life & truth, every form of death began to flee. There was physical healing taking place. Eyes began to see clearly. Asthma was cured. Ulcers completely left some of them. Depression was dealt with. Sleepless night & bad dreams were broken. Addictions being broken. Fear began to leave because Love had checked in.
Hearts were being healed. Freedom was here. He was here. Some received the gift of speaking in tongues. There were financial breakthroughs. Families were being addressed. Everything was responding to Him as sons co-operated.

God never uses instrument of evil to teach people. He will never use diseases or any form of death to teach us anything. There’s a deception that has crippled people in that God makes people sick to teach them humility. Be renewed from this lie. God gives us three things to teach us; a regenerated spirit, the word of God & His Holy Spirit.
( If you are sick and you are reading this post, receive your healing right now in Jesus name. )
” God is still in the business of healing “
People were partnering with God’s heart. From the sound team to the media team. Each of them, responding to the leading of the Holy Spirit, ministered to the ladies.
Wow. Just wow. This is the life we are being called to. It isn’t boring. So much glory & spontaneity. Nothing can ever amount to the life God had called us to experience.
” God empowers to pursue Him by showing us how much He pursues us. We love Him because He first loved us. “
After having our lunch, we prayed over the interactive sessions where we’d get to be more intimate with the students. We were divided into teams and were allocated to the different forms.
My team was honored to handle the Form One’s. Their readiness to receive from us beamed through their eyes. Due to their large numbers, we divided ourselves into 3 groups that comprised of roughly 45girls each.
I was honored to team up Queen Naante & intensely blessed to hear her grace story. I watched as the ladies embraced & received from her. As I was listening to her address the questions on the in filling of the Holy Spirit, I marvelled at the wisdom she spoke. No, not human wisdom, but truth from the Holy Spirit Himself.
They wanted to know;
God wanted them to know that He desires a relationship with them. The entirety of salvation is relationship with God & not behavior modification ( John 17:3 ). God established that He desired to give them the Holy Spirit & as they responded in faith, they received the baptism with the evidence of speaking in tongues.
My heart was full of joy as I watched them respond to the Holy Spirit.
Yes, they were scared. Yes, they didn’t understand what was happening but they chose faith. They chose to believe God. They chose to say no to what they felt. They refused to limit God to their understanding. They chose to trust Him.
They recklessly abandoned themselves to Him. They chose to rest in God’s promise.
The more they realized that God has freely & fully given, the better they positioned themselves to receive Him.
I remember feeling the power of God on my knee as we prayed with each one of them. Faith was so tangible in the atmosphere.
They were ready to miss supper just for this experience. And some actually did. God was becoming more real to them.
After thanking God together, we went to join the rest of the missions team, who were already gathered, worshipping & exalting God. We prayed over the night session and over the minister of the Word.
God calls us to Himself, to experience Him & express Him. His promise is Himself.

Below is what the anointed man of God shared;
What God was establishing wasn’t just a one time experience that would end. God was showing us the intimacy in the book of Song of Solomon where He calls us His bride. God wanted us to approach Him as Our groom. No more flings.
He was calling us deeper. To know Him. To pursue Him with a pure heart. To seek Him for Him & not for things.
We remained open to receive from the Holy Spirit through one of His dear sons. Here is what was ( & still is ) being established in our heart.
The night was coming to an end. And as we went back to Gitari’s home, there was a stirring in our hearts to stay locked in prayer. There was a shifting in the atmosphere.
I was physically exhausted. With my heart open, I went to sleep, ready to be used the next day for His glory.
A glorious day it was. One heart, one faith & a roaring of sons.
Heaven was here. Heaven was and is open & sons were aware…
